The Tallinn Street Food Festival, which ran for the third time on July 11-12 in Telliskivi Creative City, was awarded the international eco-certification WWF Gold Standard. This is the first award of its kind conferred on a public event held in Estonia.
The biggest street food festival of the Nordics and the Baltics doesn’t intend tors, is a „green“ event, where food and drinks will be primarily served along with primarily recyclable and biodegradable cutlery, the green nature of which is officially proven with an eco-certificate issued by an independent third party – Finnish environmental protection enterprise Nordic Offset Oy.
