On November 20 and 21, the Education, Youth, Culture and Sports Council of the European Union was held at the Europa building in Brussels.
The debate of culture ministers over the role of culture in the creation of cohesive societies was opened with an inspirational speech by Helen Sildna, the CEO of Tallinn Music Week. Among other things, the council arrived at conclusions about facilitating the accessibility of culture through the means of digital tools, and a virtual reality project (completed under the direction of the Tallinn Music Week team) that introduced the council’s conclusions on the topic of smart youth work, was presented.
