For the third consecutive year, the Shiftworks/TMW team is a partner of “ESTonishing”, the Estonian music showcase at Reeperbahn Festival organised by Music Estonia — co-curating the event, coordinating its international and German media communications, and handling copywriting.
ESTonishing’26 lineup features Puuluup, Intrepid, The Boondocks, YASMYN and boipepperoni, marking the widest and most diverse representation in the programme’s history to date. The showcase night is preceded by a reception for international music industry representatives and media, and the Estonian music industry networking event is also scheduled to take place within the festival. .
The programme is delivered in partnership with Music Estonia, Tallinn Music Week, Tallinn UNESCO City of Music and the Estonian Embassy in Berlin, with support from the Estonian Ministry of Culture. Media partners are Estonian Public Broadcasting (ERR) and Germany’s popup-records.

Project objective:
