Nils Frahm, one of the world’s best-known and most respected contemporary musicians, piano innovator, master of electronic soundscapes and founder of Piano Day, will perform at the Alexela Concert Hall in Tallinn on 17th October 2023. The concert is opened by Estonian National Symphony Orchestra’s “Audio Spa” by Theodor Sink and Tammo Sumera.

When it comes to defining the space between classical and electronic music, hardly any other name is mentioned as often as that of the Berlin-based pianist, composer and producer. His unconventional approach to piano and his sonic alchemy of ambient textures and atmospheric electronica has won him many fans around the world. Numerous tours and concerts all over the globe have strengthened his reputation as both an exceptional instrumentalist and a fascinating live musician. His albums have garnered international acclaim from critics and audiences alike, and his live shows are regularly sold out. Frahm first enchanted the Estonian audience at the Jazzkaar Festival back in 2013.

In September 2022, Frahm shared his critically acclaimed, expansive new album Music For Animals: Clocking in at over three hours long, It’s an ambitious and compelling set. Returning to the live stage for the first time since 2019, his current global tour Music For. He is back touring all over the world, presenting brand-new music that moves between the worlds of experimental, ambient and electronica.

Nils Frahm’s performance at the Alexela Concert Hall will take place on 17th October 2023. The doors to the concert open at 6 p.m., the concert starts at 7 p.m.
